About ID payment

This is a payment service provided by the online shopping system Shopify.
If you register your account information with Shop Pay when purchasing products, you can save your credit card information, etc.

Returns/Exchanges
Regarding returns due to customer convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.

Regarding product defects, incorrect delivery, and damage due to shipping

We take every possible measure to ensure the quality and inspection of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defect is discovered, we will either exchange the product for the same product or issue a return and refund.
The following items are subject to return/exchange.

・The product was damaged. ・You received a different item than you ordered. ・The size of the item you ordered was wrong. ・The color of the item you ordered was wrong.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・Damage due to customer negligence ・Customer purchased the wrong product ・Product for which the return deadline has passed ・Product that has been processed, damaged or soiled by the customer.
・Products that have been used by the customer even once.
・Sale items, outlet items, lucky bags

Regarding refunds, only some eligible products will be eligible for refunds.

About refunds

Only the following eligible products will be refunded.

・Products that are only one item, such as handmade or hand-painted items ・Products that are out of stock due to limited quantities and cannot be exchanged

After receiving the returned item, we will process the refund.
Please check the following as the response differs depending on the payment method.

After receiving the returned item, we will cancel the charge to your credit card company/ID payment company.
Depending on the date of cancellation and billing confirmation date, one of the following actions will be taken:

・It will be canceled from the current month's billing (billing will not occur)
・Payment will be made once and will be offset or refunded at the next month's billing timing.

Please note that it may take 1-2 months for your refund to be processed.
