This time, we would like to introduce in detail Jia Hagimori, an artist who is very popular and talked about at FACTO!

What is Jia Hagimori?
Hagimori is an illustrator from Hyogo Prefecture and currently based in the Kanto region.
Her work portrays a transparent “student” and is gaining popularity among the younger generation.
My main work is related to illustration, such as music video thumbnails, animation and character design, and novel illustrations. In addition, we are active in a wide range of events, such as exhibiting at Design Festa.
She also contributes to the training of young creators by working as a corrections officer in correspondence courses at Kyoto University of the Arts.
Career
In 2021, he will be in charge of the cover and opening illustrations for the Shinkenzemi Junior High School Course "Ichiko Passing Book" . Also, in the Shinkenzemi elementary school course and the 2022 high school course , he worked on DM illustrations and website illustrations, so students at the time may recognize him!

In January 2021, he worked on the illustration and character design for the music video for the song "Caffe Latte" by popular singer-songwriter Amatsuki .
After that, in 2023, it was sold nationwide as a package of Lawson's original cafe latte as a collaboration project of "Amatsuki x Lawson" .
In January 2023, he was in charge of the music video for the collaboration song "Ice Cream Complex" by singer-songwriters Mafumafu and Soraru , who also appeared in the Kouhaku Uta Gassen in the past.
In addition, I have worked on the production of music videos for many singer-songwriters and Vocaloid P.

Now, from here on, I would like to give three good points about Mr. Hagimori's work by Director ZIMMA. (*This is my personal opinion.)
(1) Transparency
I told you at the beginning, but no matter what, it's transparent!
Various elements are condensed in one picture, from the soft expression to the beautiful jewel-like depiction.
(2)Expression of light
The expression of light is also beautiful.
Different emotions and stories are expressed by the production of light depending on the work, and you can feel the emotions and worldview of the characters even more deeply.
(3) Color overlap
Hagimori's work is characterized by unique lines and layering of paint. There is a fine colorfulness, and I feel a sense in the way the colors are layered.
According to him, he uses only colors, mainly blue, for his work. However, the blue itself has different expressions depending on the work, and I felt that it was very attractive.
